I still havent figured out newtmgr over ble stuff yet (anyone have an ios
ble library?) so Im working over serial still.

I have 2 boards with the same nrf51dk-16kb chip. The working one is a
dongle and Im using the apache-mynewt-core/hw/bsp/nrf51dk-16kbram bsp

The other working target, but not working newtmgr over serial is a tinyble
from seeed which I forked the nrf51dk-16kb to swap jlink for cmsis-dap
https://github.com/jacobrosenthal/mynewt-bsp-tinyble

I checked and it doesnt look like my fork has diverged at all from the
nrf51dk-16kb bsp..

I get two distinct hangs to make things more weird.

Anyone have further ideas to debug?
