I don't know of any off-hand, except maybe ResizeTask (MESOS-1279), but that's a bigger issue (although there is Yifan's WIP patch to start from), and I don't think our fine-grained scaling approach actually requires it.
On a related note, if you happen across any MESOS issue that would be valuable for Myriad, please add a 'myriad' label to it. That will make it easy to track them all together.
