We've discussed multi-role frameworks before (JIRA: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MESOS-1142 ), but haven't yet found the strong validating use case that would drive the feature forward. Many users will instead just run N instances of the same framework, each with a different role. What use case are you thinking of?
