If you are thinking at going to apacheCON Budapest, why not submit a talk about your favorite project. There are 2 events: http://events.linuxfoundation.org/events/apachecon-core-europe/ the traditional apacheCON with a deadline for submitting presentations on July 1. http://events.linuxfoundation.org/events/apache-big-data-europe which concentrates on big data project, with a deadline for submitting presentations on July 10. If you get a talk accepted, entrance to that event is gratis as a "thank you". We will have 7 tracks in parallel with 6 talks each so: "apacheCON: core" has space for 84 talks "apache: big data" has space for 126 talks that includes your talk(s). Right now less than half of the slots are filled. Come and join us, if you need help with your talk the apacheCON team are happy to help, we will later make a template available. Let us together make apacheCON Budapest an event to remember. on behalf of the apacheCON team jan i.
