This is perhaps a problem with http://bootswatchr.com/. While the v3.2 version
of bootstrap is MIT licensed (as per
https://github.com/twbs/bootstrap/tree/v3.2.0), the v3.2 bootstrap css
generated using bootswatchr seem to have a Apache license in the source header.
