I would like to offer myself as release manager for Myriad 0.3.0. I guess, we have to try release a new version of Apache Myriad, and try to follow a new release per quarter. This is the first serious attempt of rebooting the project and this is a way of pulse the reaction of the community regarding this project.
I am hoping to cut the first release candidate for 0.3.0 in a few days, so we are going to tag the includes JIRAs in the "Myriad 0.3.0" version here [1]. Additionally we are going to follow the release process in this document [2], in order to document the guidelines and actions for this release.
