Really?? wow. I even live there. Thanks, Jacqueline!

You're welcome.

If anyone is going to get in the physical and attend please let us know. This is so we can ping you via the mailing lists or IRC set up for the event :) If you would be willing to provide a synopsis of the event and how OpenOffice.org may work with or benefit, that would be cool too.

Also, I would be interested to know if or how they are going to work with http://www.openusability.org/ ?

So, I want to move the Events box out of the homepage to another
section--perhaps MP? I'd leave a link on the homepage to "events."

OK

is that okay? We can discuss it offlist.

Yes. In updating the MP web material I was making ready a landing page for events to sit at http://marketing.openoffice.org/conference/ with links to all events from that page.

But this will have to wait until after the 26 January, as Erwin has used ../conference in his notice to call for a location for OOoCon 2005 as a reference to OOoCon2004, see: http://www.openoffice.org/servlets/ReadMsg?list=announce&msgNo=230

We have a holiday on 26 January (Australia Day), so I will probably work on it some more then.

Regards
Jacqueline
