Mongolian OOo team is very small and has financial problems etc... :-( I am planning to create Mongolian L10N project, when we finish first
translations. At the moment, I am very busy because of my Master thesis.
I must give my thesis in March. ^^^
well, first of all, good luck for your thesis. Second, please be aware that you can create a "Level I" Native-Lang project, which is pretty much the same as a L10N project (because you would still have to work on the [email protected]'s list). Third, if you experience financial trouble I think you can get help from the IOSN-APDIP. It is a UNDP-funded initiative that spreads open source and computing literacy throughout Asia. I have interested this problem to solve. I can promise this problem will be
