Yes. I was really pissed last time. All was prepared, the election was
done, we were looking forward to the release.

But without any coordination or communication

* the release-name was dropped (because "only a micro release")
* english version got announced seperately although native-lang builds
  were already available.

I must say I'm still pissed.
