You have described the OOo project here, not NLC... To say the same using different wording: Your description also applies to OOo, thus again: why limit to NLC only?
I don't see it either limited to the NLC. May be Daniel was feeling more comfortable to propose it here. And may be we should choose a more general irc canal.
Well, what we could do is improving the organisation process here, invite every body here and on discuss list to participate.
Then, next month publish the program on a larger place (I don't know where) to have other participation out of the NLC added.
Really I don't see any problem to enlarge it, only the organization will need resources, and that will be more easy once several of those sessions have been done.
