So what happens when someone is asked to speak who is English and has no
title? This is only perhaps a little thing I agree but it illustrates a
principle and its a principle I believe to be right. 

I really wouldn't be wasting my time on this if I didn't think it was
important. I have a deadline coming up with literally millions depending
on it. But principles are important.
