Hello Claudio,
let me try to answer, but I don't have all these numbers unfortunately. Sophie may know more about that topic:

1) Today, what is the estimated number of desktops with OOo?
Heh. A rough estimation would range around 500K and 800 K (Linux users + government users)
This is pretty difficult to evaluate and communicate because several migrations are not public yet, but I think your range is good.
2) How many computers(desktops) have in your country? (so,
we can know
the % of OOo in country).
I really don't know. The percentage is comparable to the one of the EU countries...
Those numbers are online on the Ministry site, in english here : http://www.men.minefi.gouv.fr/webmen/gb/0327-05-EN-CIB.pdf
3) How is the "pirate" softwares in your country ? What is
the estimated
% of legal software?
I don't know either. I know that France is not reputed to be the kingdom of pirated software. In the mean time, I've never heard of police going after such pirates, even though they're going after the music downloaders.
oups, not really exact ;) France is pretty bad with 43% (in 2002, I don't have more recent numbers) when European countries average is 35%.
Kind regards Sophie
