In the http://l10n.openoffice.org/languages.html, there's already a name(Ux System) for Polish N-L. How will these two groups (will they be two groups) work together?

I wouldn't use that word, yet. There is an eager response from Konrad and his 'team' (he was in touch with you or Louis some time ago). He's leading software development laboratory on technical university in Bialystok, Poland. They use OOo, found some bugs and solutiona and want to work on polish localisation and documentation regardless that there already is polish version available by companies like ux.pl and others.
I feel he will be a spine for al tech work to be done.
There are some other freelancers that stated the interest in co-operation, too.
Once the project is set I shall take a good care the news was well propagated in the Net.
I've been thinking for a long time about serious Net campaign telling people in poland what is OOo. 'Cause all they (people) are told around, that it is a nice cheap alternative for MS solution. But from the other hand they are being convinced by others, that you need to be al Linux or computer lunatic to operate it...
well, let's get that started and people will come. for sure.

Let me at this moment propose the launch of polish level 1 NLC project for OpenOffice.
We have noticed increasing demand for such official localisation project to be started.
Regardless the big interest of freelancers ready to contribute localisation work I do count on support from companies that already made polish localisations also for OO2. Therefore one of the main goals for the project, despite regular localisation work, will be integration of local (polish) OO related parties and companies.
No time lines may be set at the moment, but I'm sure project will develop right from it's start.
