No, the version-field only tells you when the issue has been
discovered/reportet, not when it will be fixed.

It doesn't make sense to have two issues for the same problem, with the
same fix.

Once the issue is fixed for one branch, you can clone the issue to
integrate it into the other branch.

Having two issues open that may lead to two different approaches to
solve the issue is counter-productive.
