I recently visited the Norwegian site no.openoffice.org and learned how
to integrate the local menu in the left menu.
In order to integrate a local menu in the standard left menu you will
have to create/edit project_tools.html which is located in the www root.
Here is the Norwegian example:

Nice. Then you won't have to maintain the menu in every single html file
on your site.
