Also, you should sign and send/fax the JCA as explained here:
http://contributing.openoffice.org/programming.html (scroll down the page).
Soon after your registration, I will open an issue in IssueZilla and we
will then work through this with Louis. In order to access IssueZilla,
log in to the OOo website and look for IssueZilla and the issue number.
+1 for the Latvian Native-Lang Project!
