There are sure some quite big (over a half million) fenno-ugric
nations (Mari-El, Mordva, etc), living in Russia and unfortunately we
do not know very much how far they are with bringing their languages
to computer software (or vice versa). Native-language software is
today a very important component of surviving for a nations and
languages. Maybe we should help them...
A year before I meet a guy and we talked about OOo for finno-ugric
languages. But the biggest problem is lack of people who know those
languages very well. :(
