I still can not find OOo2 final in swedish...
The download page still serves RC3 files.
But given that the download page before have not served swedish
version properly, although it have been available, it migt be the same
now.
Swedish version use to come out just days after main version.
On bitttorrent http://borft.student.utwente.nl:6969/ there is no
longer translations on version on 2.0 except only RC3 for only
FreeBSD, other translated RC3 have been withdrawn, and no final
translated is there.
So what´s up?
What is missing for swedish is the QA for a a final release. With OOo
1.0.2 we introduced a QA process for localized builds:
http://qa.openoffice.org/localized/index.html
This means, as long as builds are not QA'ed , they stay in RC-status. In
general, swedish localization has the same (binary) quality as other
builds (English, German, French ...), but we cannot tell about the
localization specific quality.
The best way was to help to get the svedish native lang project going
and start testing.
For the curent status of the svedish native lang project, I'm shure
Charles or Louis can tell more. If you like to help with QA, you can ask
