Hello,

I'd like to thank Arthur and Andre for providing the accurate
information to Vladimir. This unfortunate incident has made me
remembered to state something that has already been stated, but I should
write it once again for our dear newcomers:
for the releases, keep an eye, and subscribe to [email protected]
. Trouble with localization of builds go most of the time on
[email protected] . Your builds must pass at least a minimum of QA
tests. Even if the builds are released by Sun, the QA is your
responsibility. Please, subscribe to [email protected] and send
status updates and questions there. You will also read lots of useful
information on this list and it's really nice when the release time
comes. Everything else related to your native-language project and
general questions comes here, on this list. Your presence and posts are
also appreciated here. The [email protected] has two uses:
first, it works as a monthly marketing repository for the NLC. You may
post every month your local marketing updates and reports. Not only
others will read them and will know what you are up to, but your report
will be included in the monthly official OpenOffice.org Newsletter. The
second use for this [EMAIL PROTECTED] is a discussion list for NLC specific
marketing questions.
Last, but not least: every native-language is an autonomous, open and
free community, provided that it respects some rules, and, as much
important as the latter, provided that it gives signs of life at least
once a month. This means that you, the NL project (co-) lead, has to
post here at least once a month and say if everything's all right or
not. If it cannot be you ask one of your volunteer. Without news for
some period of time and no activity on your lists, Louis and I may close
your project or cancel your leader's role.

Thanks,
Charles.
