That is a wmf file that seems to be broken.

OOo can open it though.

In OOo 2.0 it looks different (better), yes.
But it doesn't look the same as in Word-Viewer though (partly because I
don't have the font installed that is used in that wmf).

But OOo 1.1.5 does a good job at the file, not perfect, but close.

I lowered prio to 3 because other apps could not open the wmf at all.
