For information, the version 1.0 of OFL (Open Font License) have been
released and the first OFL-licensed font too, named Gentium.

Please don't hesitate to bring your feedback to the group or to Victor
Gaultney directly, the license is still in work and there could be a
1.01 or 1.1 version.
