well, so very little chance for these four As: (central+southern)
Africa, (southern) America, Asia, and Australasia
(not to mention another two As: Arctic and Antartic, kidding :P)

( I'm really not against Europe, as it really is the strongesthold of
OOo at this moment.
  if Europe got it again this year (or even for all next two years),
it it justified, well deserved.
  Just a little surprise to see a (implicitly) location preference in
the "requirements" list, nothing more than that.)
