I agree with Cor. A link back to the English campaign page placed on NLC corresponding pages would be good for at least to reasons:
1. Helps webmasters from NLC communities find the english banners if they need them too for the international part of their websites, especially if NLC pages are not displaying both English and translated banner;
2. Helps with indexing in search engines as the more links, the higher ranked is the page which sends users to the NLC pages.
