I'm replying here on purpose. Thanks for this initiative, Louis. I
just wanted to say that it is important for all the leads here to
look for such documents in their own languages and upload them /
ask Louis or me to upload them.
Oh, by "upload" I think Charles means just "list" them on the wiki.
Ideally, best to locate static documents in CVS, as that's more
robust.... but it's important right now to list.
