There is a "private" list for all project leads, including those of
the NLC. The purpose: to get leads all in a big room so that if there
are notices that must go out to the community you can learn of them
efficiently :-) Also, there are some discussions that concern leads
only.
Anyway, if you are a lead of an NLC project and are *not* subscribed
to project_leads, let me know directly and I'll add you.
