Actually, bn.openoffice.org is a part of Ankur group
[www.ankurbangla.org]. BdOSN is just helping us [Ankur] for logistics.
Such as getting university lab's for l10n workshops, helping to get
more volunteers etc. They are not doing any l10n.

I agree. In any way, bn.openoffice.org should be advertised more and
clearly designed as the key project for OOo in Bengali.

Yes, that reporter missed the Ankur/Bn.OO.o part. But some other
newspapers mentioned it. Thing is in Bangladesh - people are just
learning the names of Open Source Softwares. Hope it will be better in
future.
