Tell them about the "missions" of the NL projects, and ask them, if they
agree, to register to OOo, register to the NLC web site, and subsribe to
this list. They should introduce themselves in english and propose their
project. I guess that for the moment they will request a level 1 project
so it should be no problem.

After having gotten their CVS account, the team should work within the
L10N framework (http://l10n.openoffice.org). This implies, roughly,
translating the software (glossary, help messages, strings) and then
building the localized version of OOo. All this is explained in details
on the localization project. More about the NLC can be found on our
wiki: http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/NLC
You should also ask Pavel for more info.

"fur" should do it and this will be set up by Louis/SourceCast after the
project is accepted (I'll open an issue as soon as they'll be here)

Hope this helps,

Charles.
