Thanks! charles suggestion is good. But what ankit has
created is giving more direct usability like gnome,
kde.

Specially some features are very good..
-Mantain translation file in CVS
-Shows status bar
-Build nightly .sdf for each langs
-Automatically get the latest tarball and merge with
every langs.

So I suggest to incorporate a tool/application similar
to this at openoffice.org.
