Cool!. The meeting is indeed for leads and co-leads, unless of course no lead from Germany is available. Let's just say that I don't like to call it an "exclusive" meeting, but it's still a governance meeting, so the priority should come to the leads first.
that's what I thought, and I'm happy that the Germanophone project will be represented by its lead in Lyon as well. :-)
Anyway, the NLC Party, however, is for everybody!
