This CD was prepared for several months by NGO Metamorphosis, and that's
why they sponsored the translation marathon on which OO.org was fully
translated by our community. This has no political background. But, new
government promised (when they were still in opposition) that they will
strongly promote the use of OpenSource applications, and that they will
open new Ministry for IT technology. But, still nothing new on this plan
from the government :-(
