Yes, probably! The update page was announced on the releases mailing
list and discussed at length on the [EMAIL PROTECTED] mailing list. I really 
don't
know if this mailing list would have been more appropriate... in doubt,
I subscribe to all of them!

Some NL projects, including Italian and Dutch, proposed changes that
were immediately implemented.

In the thread you will find comments stating that they prefer the
non-download links to point to the English pages or localization of
those pages, rather than sections of the localized Web sites. Anyway, we
obtained that the download link points to the Italian home page, where
all information about the Italian NL can be found (the request was also
due to our web site being reworked, with unstable inner links).
