Hello,

this mail only concerns the people put in cc of this mail. Others,
please disregard this message.

Folks, it's been a long time you have opened a Native-Language project
here on OpenOffice.org . Wether you proposed to focus on localizing
OpenOffice.org only or building a larger native-lang project, I noticed
that for good or bad reasons, nothing have been done, no editing of
pages nor localization of the software suite itself.

The best things have an end. I ask you to start to work effectively to
your projects. If you are lacking resources, time, know-how or skills,
we can help you. Feel free to discuss this with Louis Suarez-Potts,
myself or with any of the Localization project leads (see
http://l10n.openoffice.org).

If you cannot or do not want to work on this anymore, that's fine.
Everybody's fine to do according to his wants or needs, and everybody's
free to leave our community. In this case I would like to ask you to
notify Louis, me or here on this list, that you will resign from your
role of project lead. You are encouraged to look for somebody else who
will take up the leadership of the project you have founded. If you
can't or didn't find such a person, that is unfortunate, but that's
life. We may not close the project but will look for new volunteers
ourselves and if nothing can be done, the project will be closed.

You have one week, starting from now, to provide us with a brief status
update on your project and to confirm/deny your commitment to your
native-language projects. After this deadline I will consider the
native-lang projects in question "under administration" and will start
to look for a new lead myself.

Thank you for your understanding,

Charles-H.Schulz,
Lead of the Native-Language
Confederation, OpenOffice.org
