Well now I think you should start to localize OOo in Papiamento, and work on the QA of your build. As such, you're both the maintainer of the Papiamento version of OOo and the lead of its community. Your opportunites are thus endless! And of course, feel free to look around the "greater" Openoffice.org, the technical projects, the Marketing, etc. You can also contribute there. On a more community point of view, it is perhaps time for you to grow your team, and start to tell your government and companies about OOo in Papiamento... I guess I should write a wiki page on this.
