the first one (Linux.cz) and on our wiki, although I'm not sure where.

Which file exactly on ftp.linux.cz? (i mean for OO2.3)
I couldn't find anything on wiki.

you need to upload your sdf file first, then it will appear in the
localized builds server. (same as above).
