Yes. A the screenshot and the user suggests: the download might be
broken. To "fix this", she should try to download OOo again but use a
different mirror. If she is using a proxy - disable the proxy or wait at
least a day (so that hopefully the proxy cache is cleared).
Next step was to verify the md5-sum (correct md5-sum depends on what
build the ga-comunity did actually release).
