Hello, I'd like to ask for the Norwegian project to move up to a level 2 project. It's about time, I realize when I review the criteria on the wiki:

What kept us from asking for level 2 status before, was that we didn't put much effort into organized support. This has changed, particularly with the user forum we established this year. Add to that extensive and freely available documentation, plus the annual Norwegian conference held by our NGO, and I feel that we are very well covered on the support front.
