Thank you a lot for this proposal. I have been myself trying to do a similar thing so far with documentation itself, but so far I failed. I'm glad to you're applying this to the wiki. May I suggest though that we leave some room for "innovation"? The ideal, technocratic thinking would look for maximum efficiency through fixing a set of documents (this user guide, this macros how to, etc.) and encouraging its translation in multiple languages. That's nice but how about a more decentralized approach? I know some NL teams who came up with original documentation that could be used across the project. Could we thus accomodate the wiki in order to let such "innovation" happen?
