This is a very nice idea, provided that:
1) You specify somewhere that Language Packs in "RC" stage are untested
   (the Italian community, for instance, never does QA on language
   packs: it could well be the case that a language pack listed on your
   page is completely unusable).
2) You don't duplicate too much information: for example, as Andrew
   Jensen already wrote, a comprehensive list of dictionaries is
   available at http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Dictionaries
   and I'd rather point to it instead of duplicating information.
