I am a bit surprised by your words: no one is attempting to register a
new Sinhala project that I'm aware of. In any case, si.openoffice.org
is very clear on who's the project lead. So you do not have to restart
the process. What should be done is at your own level, uploading your
ssh keys and of course mentioning that it's for the "si" domain inside
the OpenOffice.org website.
