We do have OOo people in Chile, however I wouldn't consider experts for migration projects. The closest would be the Argentinean Marcon who could be a suitable fit in this environment since he has already migrate some schools in his area. If that is not enough, then Luis from Colombia could be the best of the best on Migrations with 200,000 desktops migrated professionally.
