This is a nice success story, especially as it is a clear win from MS. It
might look like this in our PR:

xxx of Geopartner Landinspektørgården in Denmark is looking forward to the
new release. "We found it cheaper and simpler to migrate our entire
company to OpenOffice.org 3.1 rather than upgrade to Microsoft Office
2007. We hope this new version encourages many more companies to follow
our successful example."

Agreed - it is vital that the person being quoted: agrees the use of
his/her name; has permission from their company / organisation (if
necessary); and signs off the final text before release.
