When I run our `MapReduce` example for 512 GB Wikimedia data in Amazon EC2, all executors hanged at the first `TaskGroup` of reduce stage. (It seems that this hanging does not occur in our ITCase size.) We must resolve this problem before we merge this PR. Let's investigate this issue thoroughly.
