My part of release v0.1 is [NEMO-60] IR-based dynamic optimization, which includes the following: - [NEMO-64] Fix map stage hang under DataSkewPolicy - [NEMO-96] Modularize DataSkewPolicy to use MetricVertex and BarrierVertex - [NEMO-100] Refactor string-based RuntimeIdGenerator
[NEMO-64] is resolved and PR for [NEMO-96] is under review which will be merged soon. [NEMO-100] was originally part of blocking issues of [NEMO-60], but it has become an independent issue on general refactoring for runtime. I'd like to suggest resolving [NEMO-100] separately from [NEMO-60], as the development of feature [NEMO-60] is finished.
