Hi all. I've uploaded a staging artifact to https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/orgapachenemo-1000/. We can technically start voting here according to the release process, but most projects seem to use the dist.apache.org repo when voting using a staged artifact. Our repo is https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/incubator/nemo/. (We need to submit JIRA tickets to INFRA for both the repos, just to let you know about the setup procedure.)
I created a new key while setting up this new environment, and the key doesn't seem to be synchronized with Apache just yet. While I wait for the sync (it shouldn't take more than 12 hours), I'll create a script to move the artifacts from the Nexus repo to the dist repo to facilitate future releases.
