I checked RC5 on my Linux box (GNU glibc 2.34 / Linux 5.5.6).

I checked:

- sha512sum matches
- good signature (*.asc) from wy...@apache.org
- `mvn clean install` passes with OpenJDK 11

The build flakiness issue still bothers me, but it seems the test fails only 
under limited resources. Let it move forward.
