Great, this is a really Handy feature as DataGrip has it and more Export 
possibilites as you can see it here:

I think, if you would like to add one Provider (CSV in this example) others 
(like me) can jump in and add more like HTML and JSON. So it must be easy as it 
is there. Right click any table(s) or database and export it.

I don't believe anyone is working on this and it would be a cool feature, a
bit like this, except that a CSV file would be generated instead of a
visual diagram:
