I want to call another vote on releasing Apache NetBeans shared library 1.3 :D. This is a library for nbm-maven-plugin and nb-maven-repository. Contains a few classes for Mojo inheritance and the manifest explorer which is crucial for making the plugins to work with Apache NetBeans module system.
