I thought similar and mentioned it in the earlier thread on this - I'm not sure the change in testing (although badly timed for merging!) is the cause. I did notice a good few errors downloading from osuosl, but again not sure that's the issue. In the end I needed to stop reading through the Travis logs and concentrate on the beta2 though. Incidentally, while it's annoying timing during the release phase, I'm not sure this aspect should be different at other times - PRs should be green to merge. Best wishes, Neil >
