Hi all, I'm especially interested in getting us to a point where we can build on the latest Java LTS release.
So I tried to run ant like this (on Mac OSX): ant -Djavac.executable=/Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/jdk-11.0.1.jdk/Contents/Home -Dpermit.jdk9.builds=true Quite quickly this results in the following: compile: [nb-javac] Compiling 45 source files to /Users/geertjanwielenga/Downloads/netbeans-11.1-vc1-source/platform/openide.util/build/classes [repeat] warning: [options] bootstrap class path not set in conjunction with -source 6 [repeat] error: Source option 6 is no longer supported. Use 7 or later. [repeat] error: Target option 6 is no longer supported. Use 7 or later. [nbmerge] Failed to build target: all-openide.util BUILD FAILED Does anyone have ideas? Thanks, Gj
