In 11.1 rc 4 on Ubuntu 18.04.2 my PHP project wants to "Resolve Problems..." which then pops up:

How do I enable? Not exactly a helpful or user-friendly message! Also, the requester on right-click offers "copy to clipboard" but when I try to copy and paste the message using that feature, it pastes the words "text/hmtl". I cannot resolve the problems and cannot open the project. In previous NetBeans versions, the project would open whether problems were resolved or not. This is a regression in usability from my point of view.
